Ecstatic Dance Bonaire

The first Ecstatic Dance Bonaire is here!

Ecstatic Dance is a movement session, dance meditation and gentle rave combined, bundled in two hours of natural ecstasy.

Doors open at 4.45 pm. We start together at 5pm with a guided meditation session, so please be on time 🥰 Then DJ Myrte Hiss will take you on a flowing musical journey for two hours. Afterwards there will be plenty of space to connect in conversation, while enjoying delicious vegan food by Homemade-laine together.

Freedom of movement is central: the dance floor becomes a safe haven where you are free to dance, move, play and non-verbally connect with others. Dance expands, activates spirit and lets beauty flow. No alcohol is served and there are no drugs. We dance in silence, barefoot, and replenish ourselves with infused drinks.

During this event you’ll get:

• A guided mediation by Bindu Yoga
• 2 hour dance detox by DJ Myrte Hiss
• Infused drinks, all evening long
• Delicious vegan food by Homemade-laine. Please let us know if you have allergies or other dietary requirements.

Guidelines

• No verbal conversations, cell phone use, or video/photography on the dance floor.
• We enter the dance floor barefoot.
• Avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, scented oils, and other strong scents.
• Take care/ be aware for the space and each other.
• Move your body however you wish
• If you’d rather not dance with someone, or are ending a dance with someone, simply thank them by placing your hands in prayer at your heart - namaste 🙏

What to bring

• Come with an open heart and mind.
• With mother nature in mind, please, bring your own cup or bottle.
• Wear loose-fitting clothes so you can move freely.
