A great class for anyone interested in but unable to join the Ashtanga Mysore program. This class focusses on the fundamental standing sequence of the Ashtanga series. Each class starts with practicing the tristana method; Breath (pranayama), combined with focus (dristi) and holding the energy locks (bandha's). This practice creates a meditative flow, which warms and detoxifies your muscles and organs, and builds a strong healthy body and a calm mind.
