Service Description

Level: Passive. This form of Yoga is accessible to a wide range of age, fitness, and skill levels. Yoga nidra is a guided practice that will move you into a deep state of relaxation and conscious awareness, a place between waking and sleeping. This practice will be done in combination with Yin Yoga, a quiet style of Yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time.
